School Fees 2023-2024

School fees for The Gregg School are as follows:

  • £5,169 per term (£15,506 per annum) for The Gregg (Senior)
  • £3,343 per term (£10,027 per annum) for The Gregg Prep

Fees are payable on or before the first day of term and can be paid termly, annually in advance (for a discount) or monthly.

Fees include textbooks, stationery and most co-curricular activities but do not include the costs of entry for external examinations, individual learning support or EAL Hub lessons, off-site or residential visits, school transport, private music lessons or school lunches.

We offer a 10% military discount and a sibling discount of 10% to assist parents with a second child attending either The Gregg or The Gregg Prep Schools at the same time, and a third child attracts a 15% sibling discount.

A non-refundable deposit of £350 is required on acceptance of a place offer. This deposit will be deducted from the last term`s fees. A full term's notice in writing, or payment in lieu of notice, is required before withdrawal of a pupil. Interest may be added to accounts which are paid late.

On entry to The Gregg School, a small number of Academic, Art, Music and Sport Scholarships are awarded each year, which attract a reduction in fees of between 10%-33%. Entry into the Academic Scholarship is automatic for those entering the main Year 7 Entrance Assessment day.

Those wishing to apply for the Art, Music or Sports Scholarships can do this as part of the online application, by Friday 5th January 2024. The Art and Music Scholarship assessments will take place on the morning of Saturday 20th January 2024, in advance of the Entrance Assessment day which will take place on Saturday 27th January 2024.

In addition to the Scholarship awards, parents at The Gregg Prep and The Gregg School can apply for a Bursary. This is a means-tested application where household income and expenditure will need to be declared. To request a Bursary Application Pack email Mrs Gibson, Deputy Bursar: amg@thegreggschools.org.

Fees in Advance

We have recently reviewed our Fees in Advance Scheme. The objective of this scheme is to provide a method where the cost of your child’s education at The Gregg Schools Trust can be reduced by making an advance lump sum payment. Further information on the scheme and details of how to apply can be found here.
